Garage Partner Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026

1. About GoVia Garage

GoVia Garage ("Platform") is owned and operated by MASTERMINDNEO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 bearing CIN U62011PN2026PTC255681 ("GoVia", "we", "our", or "us") - the same company that operates the main GoVia ride-sharing and parcel-pooling platform.

GoVia Garage is a technology platform that connects independent garage and workshop businesses ("Partners", "you", "your") with customers on GoVia who are seeking vehicle wash, service, or repair.

GoVia Garage does not itself wash, service, repair, or inspect any vehicle. GoVia is not a garage, workshop, or automotive repair business, and does not employ mechanics or technicians.

GoVia acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating job discovery, quoting, communication, and payment between Partners and customers.

2. Eligibility & Onboarding

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to represent the garage or workshop business you register.
  • You must hold, or ensure your business holds, all licenses, registrations, and permits required under applicable law to operate a vehicle service, wash, or repair business.
  • You must provide accurate and complete business, ownership, and staff information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • Access to jobs is granted only after GoVia completes its verification process for your business. GoVia may decline, delay, or revoke verification at its discretion.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your Partner account, including activity by staff or mechanics you add to it.

3. Nature of the Relationship

Partners are independent businesses using the Platform. A Partner, and any staff or mechanic associated with a Partner, is not an employee, agent, contractor, franchisee, representative, or affiliate of GoVia.

GoVia does not supervise, direct, or control how a Partner performs service work. All service, repair, and inspection decisions are made solely by the Partner, using its own tools, staff, and premises.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between GoVia and any Partner.

4. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate business and staff information.
  • Only accept jobs that the garage or assigned branch can genuinely perform to a professional standard.
  • Record inspection findings honestly and quote only for work that is actually required.
  • Handle customer vehicles, keys, and belongings with reasonable care while in the Partner's custody.
  • Complete accepted and approved jobs to a professional standard, within any timeline communicated to the customer.
  • Comply with all applicable vehicle safety, environmental, labor, and consumer protection laws.
  • Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate the business.

Partners must not:

  • Misrepresent inspection findings or recommend unnecessary work.
  • Perform work beyond what a customer has approved.
  • Charge amounts not reflected in an approved quote.
  • Use customer or vehicle information accessed through the Platform for any purpose other than performing the requested job (see Section 10).
  • Engage in fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.

5. Jobs, Quotes & Approvals

When a customer requests service through GoVia, the job is routed to a verified Partner branch through the Platform.

  • The Partner records inspection findings and sends the customer a line-item quote through the Platform.
  • Work must not begin until the customer approves the quote (or the approved portion of it) in-app.
  • If additional work is found to be necessary once a job is underway, the Partner must raise a separate quote for that work and obtain the customer's approval before performing it or charging for it.
  • GoVia does not guarantee that any particular job, once accepted, will be confirmed or completed - customers may decline a quote or cancel before approval.

6. Fees & Payments

The amount a customer pays for the service, wash, or repair itself is settled directly between the customer and the Partner. GoVia does not collect, hold, or pay out this amount - it is never routed through GoVia.

GoVia separately charges for use of the Platform, in one of the following ways depending on the arrangement set for your account:

  • Per-job platform fee, paid by the customer - collected from the customer as part of completing a job through the Platform; or
  • Per-job platform fee, paid by the Partner - charged to the Partner for each job, and payable before the Partner can accept that job; or
  • Subscription plan - a recurring fee paid by the Partner covering a set number of jobs over a period, with no separate per-job fee.

GoVia issues a GST-compliant invoice for its own platform or subscription fee automatically through the Platform for every applicable transaction. This invoice covers GoVia's fee only. It does not cover, and is not a substitute for, the Partner's own invoice or receipt to the customer for the service performed, which remains the Partner's own responsibility to issue and account for under applicable tax law.

GoVia does not guarantee any minimum number of jobs, leads, or income to any Partner.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility for a customer depends on the stage of the job, cancellation timing, and payment method used.

Platform fees, payment gateway charges, and similar charges may be non-refundable once a job has commenced, where permitted by law.

Disputes relating to the quality or completion of work performed by a Partner are between the Partner and the customer; GoVia may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating resolution but is not obligated to do so and is not a party to that dispute.

8. Verification, Suspension & Termination

GoVia may verify, request additional documentation from, or re-verify any Partner at any time.

GoVia may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Partner's account for inaccurate information, repeated quality or safety complaints, fraud, non-compliance with applicable law, or violation of these Terms.

A Partner may stop using the Platform at any time by ceasing to accept new jobs and requesting deletion of their account, as described on our Delete Your Account page.

9. No Insurance

GoVia does not provide insurance covering vehicles in a Partner's custody, a Partner's tools, premises, staff, or liability arising from service work performed by a Partner. Partners are responsible for maintaining insurance appropriate to their business.

10. Handling of Customer Data

The Platform gives Partners access to certain customer and vehicle information (such as name, contact details, and vehicle details) strictly so the Partner can perform the requested job.

Partners must access and use this information solely for that purpose, keep it confidential, and must not retain, share, sell, or otherwise use it for any other purpose, including unrelated marketing or solicitation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoVia shall not be liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service, wash, or repair work performed by a Partner, or for any loss or damage to a vehicle while in a Partner's custody. GoVia's role is limited to operating the Platform that connects Partners with customers.

12. Indemnification

Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoVia, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, and expenses arising from the Partner's service work, negligence, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Brand & Intellectual Property

Partners may identify themselves as a "GoVia Garage Partner" only in accordance with GoVia's brand guidelines in effect from time to time, and may not otherwise use GoVia's name, logo, or marks without prior written permission.

14. Platform Availability

GoVia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Features may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
