To use GoVia, you must:

Use only your own verified account
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

Certain services require registration using phone verification or other authentication methods.

You are responsible for account security
You must maintain accurate profile details
You must not share OTPs or account access
You are responsible for activity under your account

6. Payments

7. Waitlist & Booking Rules

Some bookings may operate under timed payment windows and waitlist logic.

Reservations may expire if payment is not completed in time
Seats may be automatically reassigned
Waitlisted users may be promoted automatically

Misuse the platform
Engage in fraud or payment abuse
Use offensive, unlawful, or harmful behavior
Harass riders, travelers, or other users
Interfere with platform functionality
Attempt unauthorized access

9. Ratings & Reviews

Users may provide ratings, reviews, and feedback after service interactions.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict abusive or misleading feedback.

10. Safety & Verification

GoVia may use OTP verification, account validation, trust checks, and other safety mechanisms.

Users remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment during real-world interactions.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on service type, timing, and operational circumstances.

12. Third-Party Services
